how i love her 'chelsea girls' album - it's near perfect. it also reminds me of living in london, being obsessed with warhol and the factory, and getting wasted with friends, then spraying things silver and dressing up to make mini movies- all of us wearing black turtle necks. we videod everything - and i mean everything!

grey, fucked and fabulous
just caught this on tv last night - a documentary from 1980 about the infamous chelsea hotel featuring nico singing chelsea girls in the actual hotel! amazing.
the documentary also features the brilliant viva superstar and her daughter watching a film of when she was born!!! unfortunately that's not on youtube :(
