As sceptical as I am about the efficacy of seances, if I were ever to have one, I'd do it at Nico's former place. Y'know... just because.

i watched a clip from a bbc show and they showed a flat where nico lived in manchester - and the new owner said that when they threw her out- all her belongings fitted into the back of a black cab.
she died a few weeks later.

I saw her at the 9:30 Club in Washington, DC in the 80's. Her first words to the audience: "It's so hard to commit suicide..."
