curiosity killed the donkey

if like me, you love 'les parapluies de cherbourg' and have enjoyed 'les demoiselles de rochefort' then it's probably worth checking out another deneuve, demy and legrand film called 'peau d'ane'. catherine plays a princess who disguises herself in a dead donkey skin (!) the film isn't actually that good but it's a curiosity worth checking out just for the songs.

I've read about this movie but never seen it and I'm really curious about it. Thanks for sharing the clip!

I was lucky that a few years ago a theatre near me played a different demy film each night and I was able to see all three of the Deneuve films on the big screen. Theyre ten times better on the big screen!
