Wow, this is gorgeous. I've never heard the English version of this before - it really works.
Where can this song be found?? Is it only available on the "All Over the World" import?
Shame this is only a 64kB bitrate... ;-)

Indeed, it's from the magnificent cd All Over The World.
She sings amazing in English, hope one day there will be a compilation of all her English songs! And there are a lot of them!!!
Untill now you can find English songs on 3 cd's:
*All over the world
*If you listen (amazing album, a must to have)
*En anglais (Japan only, out of print, very expensive unfortunately)

which english sung tracks are you looking for?

I have about 8 of these songs on vinyl - but no way of converting them to mp3. :(

I do have 'it's getting late', 'another place' and 'there but for fortune' on mp3- so i'll post one of them this week- keep watching blowupdoll!

There's a great freeware program called Audacity that I use to get my vinyl into MP3. As long as your turntable has a preamp you can connect it with an RCA jack to the line-in on your PC and record with Audacity, saving it as either WAV or MP3 format. If no preamp, then you'll just need to go from your turntable into your regular amplifier and from that into your PC (one extra step and piece of equipment to carry).
Works great. Available from Sourceforge.

I have the English versions of Suzanne and In the Sky (that's Il Voyage, right?) if you're interested, both at 192 bitrate. I'm just not sure how to get them to you. I don't have my own blog or webpage.

thanks for the tip about 'audacity'.

if you'd like to send me those 2 mp3's then yousendit.com is easy to use- you just upload your songs then send me the link- you don't need a blog or anything.

i'd love to hear those 2 tracks!
