The vocal could be by SUE THOMPSON -- in the 60's she gave the teeny boppers a real thrill with her baby voice (even though she was like 40 years old) Check out her music -- skip past her "hits" and go straight for "What's Wrong Bill", "Bad Boy" etc. I think she's cool.
