i kern not believe it
she may look like she's starring in an early 60s espionage thriller but don't let that confuse you - she's a real groover. the title track from this e.p. is just so good. i mean, it's 'pussycat' good, trust me. massive thanks to fane for introducing me to this song.

I just checked this jewel of a blog after a year without internet in the middle of nowhere in Arabia. I have the fondest memories of reading, listening to great music, and always discovering new songs. I've been listening and collecting to 60's international girl pop since 2005. I'm in constant shock how much great stuff there is still out there that has not been released or whispered about in collectors/connoisseurs circles. Have you checked out the Leonie "En Alabama" (vocals of JCV's "Je m'appelle Geraldine")? It was one of those great "how could I have not known about this and heard this" songs! Check it out here: http://naturefilm.blogspot.com/2013/05/leonie-en-alabama-wahala-manitou-7-1971.html
