love love songs
i just needed to tell you how amazing vanessa paradis new album is!
its a double album - mostly written by benjamin biolay - and it's gets better and better with every listen. if you like coralie clement and carla bruni then you will love this. a great mix of sounds over the album too from soft samba, to nick cave-esque death ballads, to love songs.
this will be one of the albums of the year.

If you liked her albums Chrominance Decoder and Triggers, I recommend it. If you're only into her Paris in April and Chick Habit albums, I'm not sure. Songs are both sung in French and English so that should appeal to you. I'm a big April March fan so maybe not the most objective judge.
