just caught this on tv last night - a documentary from 1980 about the infamous chelsea hotel featuring nico singing chelsea girls in the actual hotel! amazing.
the documentary also features the brilliant viva superstar and her daughter watching a film of when she was born!!! unfortunately that's not on youtube :(

Yes, I saw that too. Couldn't believe my eyes and ears when Nico turned up and did that brutal/brittle version of Chelsea Girls. Wish they made more TV like that these days. Great stuff!
