LEONIE - EN ALABAMA

strangely enough, i was introduced to this by filles sourires some time ago who pointed me in the direction of the marie amelies version of this song. i had no idea it was originally done by leonie. bloody great song.

The music to this song was originally an instrumental by Jean-Claude Vannier called 'Je m'appelle Geraldine', from 1966. See here and here. Maybe he worked with Léonie? She certainly has unique sound. Thanks for all the tunes, I hope there's more Léonie to come!
