who's that girl?

why haven't i heard about this catherine deneuve in a wig lookalike amelie morin before? this song 'jim' from 1984 sits brilliantly alongside lio and elli et jacno. ace!
many of her songs are really credible and voice is totally doll - so why does it seem like she is relatively unknown?

The only song of her that was a little heard was "J'étais venu pour dire bonjour", in the 80s if I remember well. I don't think I've heard any other song from her at the time.

BTW, I want to thank you for all your work, and the songs you provide us all the time :) I'm too lazy to leave a comment each time, but be sure I follow and appreciate your blog since a long time now.

Hi
1 - I loooove your blog (even if I'm French, you make me discover a lot of things)
2 - You should know that in France, Amelie Morin used to be the French voice of Candy Candy, not the opening song, the voice of Candy (Japanese Anime). To me, she's famous for that...
